Meet Becci and Marc, who had a secret wedding under the pretence of a christening for their daughter. This meant they could cut costs and do 2 events in one!
Unfortunately, this meant that not everyone that wanted to attend the wedding turned up as they weren't aware of it.
In total they had 40 at the ceremony and 80 at the reception.
They married at a local church in Barlby all Saints.
After the ceremony, the vicar showed the baby around whilst the bride went and made a quick change into her dress ready to walk down the aisle (and surprise her guests).
Their reception was at Selby Superbowl and as they knew the manager, they managed to get a good deal on it.
The guests got to bowl and laser quest for free and the venue provided a hot/cold buffet to feed everyone.
They got a lady on Facebook who enjoys baking for fun to make their wedding cake and a local student to do their photography.
Becci's dress was from eBay and she got a local dressmaker to alter it.
The flowers came from Lisa's Florists and they had a band called Fully Lynched to play for them.
And lastly, their beautiful rings from H.Samuel!
